We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We offer Australia Post Parcel Post for $10.00, Australia Post Express Post for $15 and FREE Parcel Post on ALL orders $99 and over (domestic only)
Receive your order in 2-4 days. (excluding weekends & public holidays)
To track your orders please login to your account or check your shipping email and visit the tracking link made available to you.
- FULL PRICE: Exchange and Store credit available.
- SALE / PROMOTIONAL: Store credit only.
- EXCHANGE: We issue Store Credits so you can choose your exchange item yourself once we receive your return
- FAULTY ITEM: Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know about what is wrong with your item & please provide photo(s). We will reply to your email with what to do next. Any faulty items will be refunded, exchanged or given store credit
Here's a quick checklist of requirements for ALL return / store credit items
- Must be returned within 14 days of purchase
- Must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Not have been worn, soiled, washed or altered in any way

- The Product you wish to return
- Your Shipping Address
- And any other information you feel is relevant
If your return is accepted, a refund for the items purchased will be refunded on the same method of payment. Shipping will only be refunded on faulty, damaged or missing items.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact email@example.com
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you require an exchange, please note that exchanges are subject to online availability. If your item is not available at the time of processing you will receive a refund or online credit, dependent on whether the returned item was full price or sale. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
